Probably a re-portfolio by fund manager or window dressing. We see Spritzr has got a bit more kick lately and crossed RM 1.00. We will continue to hold until above RM 1.20 before we reassess the valuation.
We sold Benalec and CIMBC25 for Lay Hong
As intermediate re-adjustment of portfolio, we sold off all our Benalec and CIMBC25 with mild profit. We use all balances bought into Lay Hong at RM 1.250
Windows dressing and QE4.1 lifted all markets
A strong closing this week on index linked equities worldwide is expected. Together with FED QE4.1 announced (my personal tracking) plus more to come. We will have situation no matter economy good or bad next year, money is definitely smaller.

We bought AscendasHT at SGD 0.915 and Alaqar at RM 1.290
We re-invested income from REITs to REITs again. We choose AscendasHT and Alaqar REIT due to its expected stable yield above 7% from the current price level.
We bought Sunway at RM 2.340
Continous increase activities of Sunway with its latest announcement on JV in Singapore. We see it positive and continue recommend a buy on Sunway below RM 2.50.
Australand Property – Our first pick to enter Australia market
AUD 3.00 represent around PE 10 and a yield of above 5%. Its diversified portfolio from central city to life style near beach projects like Port Coogee. From residential to commercial. We believe Australand will still have much to grow and we put it into our monitoring list and recommended a mid term buy.
比高集團 improves activities – recommend continuous holding
Bingo announced increased activities in China for its cinema investment plan. Together with new movies are to be out soon. We recommend a hold or slightly increase holding for short term gain.
麗新發展 reached HKD 0.300 – still a hold
It has rcoketed to 200% gain from its right issues at HKD 0.105. We still recommend a hold as it is highly undervalue with NTAV of HKD 0.800. We continue to like undervalue search across the globe and make investment back to basis to buy cheap.
All major markets – picking up activities from next week onwards until a quiet last week
Windows dressing, bargain hunting, re-portfolio, closing of shorts and longs will have a good activities for next 2 weeks before last final quiet week.
AscendasHT – We likes it portfolio with yield more than 7%
We always like Australia because we believe the growth potential of asset in the country is still very potential. AscendasHT has almost 80% properties in Australia with 2 in China and 1 in Japan. We always like diversified REIT as it will give a better spread across the global economy. However, with 80% portfolio in one of our favaourite economy. We will start to accumulate more AscendasHT.
