Acquired additional 比高集團 and 華大地產 (Hong Kong)

We continue our mid term acquisition of 比高集團 due to its 3rd actions of starting Stephen Chow movie this month.  After its IP in 长江7号 started year ago together with its TV series landed in China, Singapore and Malaysia.  The group has acquired another 5 cinemas as planned.  We still will continue to buy when market dip.

We have also added 華大地產 as it has a strong and stable budget hotel opetaions.  Current price already under the NTAV plus earnings are further to be boost by new budget hotels soon will be in operation.
