Australand and Finbar do well too

From we first monitor Australand from AUD 2.9 until today AUD 3.74. It has swing up 20% within 12 months. Finbar also does well with apartments selling well in WA but still trading at PE 8 times below. We are indeed surprise that with property prices average at the high side. Most property companies are continuous to do well.

Aussie is one of the top country beside China and Singapore we like as overseas hedge.
