We have been turning into only dividend stock and MREIT that has been beaten down

We continue to switch most of our portfolio into dividend oriented stocks and MREIT. We like MREIT now again compared prices I have sold a year ago.

I believe this year still a positive year for the globe but a major correction is yet to be seen. However, definitely in the making.
